The Woolly Buggers are the fishing and bluegrass picking duo featuring Mark Messer on mandolin and Vocals, and Dan on Vocals and Guitar. What started as a couple of pick-up gigs between two friends with a love of all things fishing and bluegrass gradually evolved into The Woolly Buggers. Appearing at various bars, restaurants, and breweries in the Western Chicago Suburbs whenever Mark isn’t on the road with his band, The River Valley Rangers. Complimentary and contrasting, these two pickers will weave a net of sound sure to catch your ear.
